Printing: OS X

Open the Print Center by opening Finder, selecting Applications, open the Utilities folder, and double click on Print Center.

1. In the Printer List window that opens, click on the Add Printer button
2. Select IP Printing in the pull-down menu
3. In the Printer’s Address field, type ehmfp.rh.rit.edu
4. Make sure Use Default Queue on Server is checked
5. From the Printer Model pull-down menu, select the printer manufacturer. Select HP LaserJet 4100 and click add
6. The new printer will appear in the list of printers!
